The original disk failed after 24 hours, I contacted the seller and they quickly arranged for both free return postage and a replacement drive which also arrived quickly (less than 4 days after I posted the return). Friendly, fast communication throughout and a prompt replacement is about as good as I could ask for when a problem occurs. Excellent customer service, thanks!
