    Item was received and had been damaged in transit. Had been packaged fairly well with cardboard on the middle of the item, but was left soft on the sides which surprised me as it was a piece of ceramic. Seller was more than happy to issue refund when photos sent. Aside from this, it was very good value and as described on the ad, hence the positive feedback.
