    Toner was new, good price and received in great condition, as advertised. The only thing that was an issue was the shipping which was terrible (NOT the seller's fault). Took approx. nine days to receive the package as USPS seems to have sent the parcel in the wrong direction more than once. Shipping address was correct, but USPS repeatedly sent the package the wrong way and/or delayed processing.
