  Fake! Purchased $150 of Lafufu’s —-what was advertised as Labubu’s. Enclosed pictures of box from “Ror Mart” instead of Pop Mart. Listed as real. Shady seller! Currently in process of getting a REFUND now but who knows if I’ll get it. This seller should be ashamed! I enclosed pictures of his original seller ad and the box I received today! Shame on you!

  I truly wish you would’ve reached out to me directly so we could’ve handled this sooner. I take pride in my communication and customer service, and I would’ve happily accepted a return and issued a refund—just like we’re working on now. After seeing your review, I reached out directly to offer support, but unfortunately, I never received a response.   Finally got my hands on some Labubus! I’m not completely sure about the authenticity, but it’s exactly what I was hoping for. The item came new in a mystery box, and the quality and condition were both great. I also got a discount for buying more than one, so the value was definitely there. The seller was super responsive, answered all my questions, and sent photos before I purchased. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience.
