  after receiving 5 books of ten i was given a refund for the 5 missing immediately, no argument or attempts to prolong the issue, i sent only one message showing the mistake and was given the refund within hours..i'm very happy with the service i received and would recommend this seller..thank you

  I ordered these for my daughter for school, she finds them easier to write with. Item was dispatched very quickly, I received an email from the delivery company to say it was undeliverable. Sent the email to supplier and they sent a replacement straight away. Received 2 days later. Great customer service, fast delivery and great communication Would highly recommend and will be using again

  Good quality, new in packet, great value being 3 in a packet, appearance is as advertised. Very happy with product. Post was a little delayed as postman delivered it after the due by date but not the sellers fault
