    I must say that I received everything on time, the screen was well packaged with complete security, fast shipping, in general everything was fine, but what I want to highlight is the customer service, excellent. I have some details with the screen and when contacting the supplier, they simply responded in a matter of minutes presenting different alternatives for problem solving, really excellent customer service.

    A+ seller. Fast shipping, Excellent communication. Product was exactly as described. The only issue I had was the USPS delivered the package to my neighbor's house. That was not the seller's fault.

    I badly needed this LED item as I broke my laptop screen and decided to DIY. The seller was so kind and professional, giving me great advice, very fast shipping ++ and excellent packaging to protect the screen in transit. what more could I ask for! Highly recommend and had a great experience. The only thing I am waiting on is the return duty on tariff which the seller's logistics company takes care of but DHL sent me this tariff tax in error, just FYI.

    The screen was perfect. It was well packed and well protected. I'm very happy with the product. However, shipping was slow and no communication until I open a case because the delivery date passed. It took a week longer than stated but I finally received the screen. Overall, it was worth the money. The screen was brand new and looked perfect. My only complaint was the slow shipping and if there was going to be a delay, they could have just emailed.

    Received high quality replacement LCD screen. Worked well in my HP all in one. Was packaged extremely well and shipped quickly. Received in a few days after purchase. Excellent seller!

    Avoid this seller if you need parts for a customer job. Waited forever for the item to be shipped, then found out we had received a small package with some adhesive strips, no replacement panel with them, just the adhesive strips. Tried reaching out to the seller but was met with the typical response of to wait and see what happens. Still have not received the replacement panel. Ended up buying the panel from a different seller.
