    Was upset when I received it. Because it was KC not SF. contacted the seller to inform. Seller responded to email, VERY quickly. Apologized and assured me that replacement would be sent out. I was provided with tracking number for replacement and it arrived in a timely manner. Seller was awesome. I wish all companies were this fast to solve/fix an issue. My GF loves it. Condition of the item is exactly as described. Quality and value are both very good. I would order from seller again.

    This seller was great! The hoodie that we ordered was a small with a large design and the print has a tear for the pocket. I reached out and they explained the situation and sent a new design hoodie to take care of the issue! I greatly appreciate his customer service and my son loves the hoodies!
