    This item was most during shipping & the seller AL stayed on top of getting the produce to me communicate with me personally through the whole process, could not purchase from a better individual. He was as concerned about the item as I was offered to replace it by sending one just like it the next day thru FedEx since UPS couldn’t find the one he had shipped Very satisfied with this, Ebay user would definitely purchase anything Thru AL.

    Item arrived quickly and was well packaged. We installed the climate control unit and everything works wonderfully. Looks just like the original unit. Just as the seller described.Couldn't ask for a better deal.
