I opened a return request, and the seller messaged me that I can return the kit in exchange for the correct one. The seller then closed the Return Request Case. The seller neglected to send me a Return Shipping Label, so I cannot return the kit for exchange. I am escalating this issue with eBay, the seller can provide me an exchange for the correct kit that I purchased, or I will receive a full refund.
