  Item arrived with no packaging at the bottom of the box and must have been dropped or just taken the usual "delivery depot care with" causing damage to a few of the accessories. Sent pics and report to seller, No qualms, quick response, what was broken, what needs replacing and replaced at their expense arriving in a few days.

  The item arrived damaged (probably in transit as the packaging wasn't as robust as it could have been) but the request to receive a replacement was responded to promptly and a replacement pot was received a few days later. Messages were responded to quickly, although not always as clearly as I would have hoped and I had to go back for clarification. Overall, though, I am happy with the product and would order again from this supplier.

  I ordered two of these items and awaited delivery. I will not leave negative feedback, but I am disappointed that nothing arrived and I received no messages explaining why. I filed a not received report to ebay who asked the seller to respond to me. Within 24 hours I was given a refund but received no explanation why. This is the second time I have ordered garden furniture and received nothing. The last time, my bank refunded me, but it took several months. I now have a mistrust of these sellers

  Good communication from seller. Royal Mail not good, delayed delivery and instruction given to say it had been delivered when it was still in the depot. Arrived 2 days late - this is the fault of Royal Mail rather than the seller tho. One item slightly out of shape - most likely also Royal Mail handling of the package. Good product at a fair price.

  I ordered the storage box in brown but a black one arrived. The communication between me and the seller was the seller trying to tell me that is is brown, 100%. I sent them photos of what I received plus a pictures from their website of a black box and brown box, still trying to tell me that it is brown. Their customer service is very poor and I will not be using them again. Buyer beware!!
