  The vendor contacted me to ensure that I had noticed some damage to the item prior to posting - I had not, and the damage looked structural so I asked that the transaction be cancelled. The vendor was extremely helpful and co-operative and saw that I was refunded. A good Ebayer and I am sorry that the transaction had to be cancelled.
