    Shoes were received as described. I would recommend wrapping the items in plastic. USPS delivered and left the box in the rain. Thankfully just the box got soggy and had not reached the shoes yet.

    Picking up was a very easy process, we just set up a time and place. Very good communication and quick response time. The seller showed me the item before me leaving and had placed it into a box and bubble wrap. Super happy with what we paid for the skates and it was exactly what we wanted.

    Not as described. Described as "medium width" received product that was "extra width". Wrote to seller, NO REPLY. Copy of my response to seller: Very well packaged, prompt service; however, we would not have ordered if you had stated that they were 'EXTRA WIDTH" NOT MEDIUM WIDTH. Since we already paid $9.99 for shipment we are not interested in spending another $10 to return them. We enlarged your inside photo (3 times) to see the size inside (after receiving them). Our loss!
