  Package arrived and wasn’t a nos German shifter housing as describe in the ad. I even sent the guy a message and asked was it nos Vw. He said yes. So I ordered. Needed less it say it’s the same junk that on the market everywhere that you can get for half the price. Don’t be fooled by this seller as I was. These parts ARE NOT NOS German parts. Seller lied no marking at all and if it was nos Vw there would be a stamping and or part number on it somewhere.

  ARE in fact NOS German. sold 20 plus of them installed as many with no issue. Bought these 30 years ago when the local VW Dealer sold Off all air cooled inventory. In fact one of these is in my own car with 20k plus miles since installed. The reason buyer has an issue with this and the 5 others he bought from other sellers he claims are also junk is his shift rod is bent. Despite him saying he “straightened it out myself” you need to replace the rod. Offered a return buyer refused to send back

  The seller packed the item and shipped it immediately. Received the item within 72 hours. The item was just as described. Perfect fit for my 1969 VW Karmanghia.

  The air cleaner element and housing are exactly as described and it is in like new condition which is surprising based on the age of the air cleaner hosing. Packaging was intact and undamaged. USPS is the only drawback. There was tracking but the Post Office doesn't keep track of where it is.
