  Seller sent yhe wrong watch, messaged them several times but had no response. Absolutely no customer service at all! Ended up contacting Ebay to return the item. Now awaiting a refund. Would definitely not recommend this seller at all.

  Shocking attitude to customer service. Very late on advised (non tracked) delivery. Seller contacted 3 times with no response. Ebay contacted to nudge the seller. This worked and item finally delivered. Suggest seller receives customer support training and uses a tracked delivery system. This is the only negative purchase I have made of many in past 8 years or so. Shape up please seller, you're letting down a fab market place for everyone.

  Item not received after 2 weeks and seller ignores communication asking who the courier is. Now raised a case with EBay for a refund. PLEASE accept the feedback for this seller as true as a trend of the same issue.
