  Item shipped as described. Seller willing to work with buyers by responding to questions quickly, and willing to give a fair deal on the value of the items they sell. The packaging was neat and left little room for potential damage on transit, which is good. Postage was a fair price too. Overall, an excellent experience and better than similar sellers who weren't willing to come down on their extortionate prices.

  Very happy, item arrived reasonably quickly and was packaged ok, the outer packaging was a bit ripped when the box arrived so looked like it had been thrown around a bit by the courier but the box was sturdy enough. Everything inside is in great condition and as described. Getting amazing sound quality from very little cost so I’m pretty happy with that. I thought postage was a bit expensive but when it arrived I realised that the unit is actually pretty heavy so it’s probably a justified cost.

  The battery arrived quickly but the first did not accept charge. The seller responded quickly when I let them know and set a replacement which is as described! Excellent service and a great price.
