  Immediately after I made the purchase on eBay, the package was picked up by USPS the same day I ordered this item. I'm extremely impressed how quick my order was processed. The quality of this head unit is as if it was brand new! The packaging was excellent with a lot of bubble wrap protecting it, very pleased with that. Also, the package that was delivered was as described if not better than what I was expecting - great value for the product and shipping overall.

  My experience was a disaster. They advertised a radio similar to the one I needed (same part number), and even though I contacted the seller and sent them the part number I needed, they sent me a different one that didn't work. In the end, I had to return the radio and lose the shipping money, since the seller told me they would send me the correct one, but then said I had to buy it. It was all a scam and a waste of time.
