  The two items were just as described and as shown in the photographs - new in sealed packet. The items arrived very quickly, and were well packed.   Ordered 4 × 110L storage boxes. Unfortunately, one arrived damaged and two black wheels were missing, but the seller responded promptly and issued a refund for the damaged box. Great communication and excellent customer service — very happy with the way the issue was resolved.

  The canopy was delivered in 2 days but unfortunately the perspex was damaged. On contacting the company they sent out a replacement also within 2 days. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend this company. Many thanks.

  Good product as described, good value, delivered promptly. However the courier delivered to the wrong house and left it outside in the rain. My instructions were to leave in an enclosed porch and I had left mine with the door unlocked and the light on with the house name clearly on the plate by the door. Couriers fault not yours.
