  After receiving a counterfeit controller from another seller, I was concerned that there were others. I reached out to Discount Hitch and expressed my concern and was assured they are factory direct. Based on their quick response and answer, I ordered this controller. I received a new in box, excellent condition unit. I had a chance to use it and it performed perfectly. Very happy with the product and the customer service.

  Exactly as described, fit my 2003 TDI Beetle perfectly. Spoke with the seller about an issue with packaging for shipment and they were quick to recognize the problem and offered multiple solutions to make it right. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

  Trailer hitch quality is perfect. Fast shipping. The only issue I had was that the wiring harness was missing. Customer service claimed the harness wasn't included, but the description clearly listed it, including the model number of the harness. It took several chats, emails, and phone calls, but eventually we worked out a deal that I could live with. The listing still has not been fixed, so if you're looking for a hitch for a Chevy Sonic, make sure to confirm with them ahead of time.

  This seller is a good business. I ordered a prodigy ID brake controller for my Ford. One of the components of the kit was defective, not their fault. I reached out to them, provided the info needed, they promptly shipped me a replacement part. I highly recommend "discount hitch central" for their honesty, service, and fair prices. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. Picture: "dash module" - was defective, it should rotate and spring back smoothly. Check it before installing

  Brand new As described Looks to be excellent what I need for my suv Good price Packaging needs more work all the foam support got torn up but item was still good with no damage besides few scratches. Possible because it’s heavy and solid steel that’s why packaging was broken. Would recommend and buy from seller again. Very responsive and reliable company to work with.

  Very positive experience, Had a big item shipped far far away, and Im sure that they lost money on the shipping, but they did it anyways, i also offered to pay more shipping, but they said, no worries, part arrived intact and well packaged, what a great company !!!
