  The worst. First he sent me a phone with a bad battery. He said he would replace it. I have texted and sent messages at least 6 times. He would tell me I had to text HIM to remind him to send it! I even did that. He keeps asking for the same information every time. The replacement battery has never arrived. he hasn't even said he sent it. Do not buy from this seller.

  This was the second handset I bought from this Seller and again it was a breeze to set up and start using without problems; I appreciate that his seller offers free shipping and 30 days returns, in addition that the Seller pays for return shipping if needed.
