  The seller was very professional in refunding my purchase, due to it being broken. I am going to order another one from them, but they need to understand that the parts, inside the box need to be wrapped in cushioning apart from each other; and then that box needs to be cushioned inside of the shipping box. It was not the seller's fault that the item was broken. I am sure that the item was tossed around a lot during shipment.

  The description of the item(s) was perfectly evident. I did not over-order nor under-order. The pricing scale for these items was exactly as the industry standard {the bar:)} requires.   Honestly the sub is great, absolutely is a brand new Audio pipe pp2 15 d4. And weirdly packaged in 2 audio pipe boxes. Good price, it's a few bucks cheaper than in stores. However, my problem is the seller, refuses to communicate. Can't even say a single word, it's honestly quite frustrating
