    Item Purchased through Discount Brands, delivered by Chalet Essentials and sourced from KivesOn-Line. The item did not work frm day one . despite 15 emails to all concerned, not one of the organisations has been able to respond. Do not deal with any of these named entitioes , they give no service and ignore customers. Worst sellers in my 20 year hisory of ebay with my 100 % Buyer and seller Eay record.
