    Regrettably I was sent the wrong CD, but when I wrote I received a fast response from the vendor and instructions as to how to return the disk and get a refund (the CD ordered was out of stock). I then received a number of follow-up messages from the vendor which kept me informed as to progress toward my getting a refund. I look forward to ordering from this vendor again in the future.
