  Items was as exactly as decribed. There was a problem but it was with the postal system. I had communicated with the seller and the seller was very quick replying back and extremely helpful and remedied the situation. Very professional. Yes, I would do business with this seller again and highly recommend them!

  The first package arrived with an incorrect model. Reached out to the seller, and they responded promptly, sending the correct model - great customer service. Great detail and design, packaged well, and arrived without damage. Would purchase again.

  Packed perfectly a little damaged from shipping. The only complaint I have to say is, I cannot find the hand for the gnome who is has the other gnome on his back. I’ve gone through the box twice and the wrappers twice. Still, my favorite seller will deal with again

  Item came broken, but selling and shipping models I know this can happen. Otherwise packaged great. Seller had great communication with this issue, and I would definitely buy from them again.
