  I used this trader as they advertised rapid delivery as the item was require very quickly, sadly the item failed to arrive so I contacted the trader who declined to answer my question but finally dispatched the very late item, when item arrived it was the wrong one, contacted trader an I am still waiting for a reply, avoid this trader as it appears they do not have what they claim and then send out anything.

  Great quality, great price, fast delivery. The best communication and a issue which was completely my fault rectified extremely quickly. Any parts I need from now on these will be my first to go to. Forever greatfull. Customer service above and beyond.

  There was a slight error in the item sent (223mm instead of 203mm). But good customer service is not that mistakes don’t happen, but how they are dealt with. And I can say in this case the customer service was excellent. Rapid initial response to my message, and all sorted with the correct disc being sent out the following day. Will certainly be using this company in the future

  4.5*. Packaging was a bit poor for a valve, even a kitchen roll tube would have helped protect it better. Luckily no issues this time. Seller took advice well.
