    My purchase would have arrived supa quick (as per the tracking) but it did not arrive, so as per the instructions, I waited a week and still no parcel. So I then contacted the seller who was great. They found out the issue and offered either a refund or post me out a new item. I opted for new item. Which arrived as described. I would recommend this eBay seller. Great service!

    Arrived on the first day of a 4 day window which is always good, all packaged neatly into a box so arrived in good condition and exactly as described, also at a really good price so thank you very much for a nice, easy, hassle free transaction. i will definetly use again.

    I thought it hadn't arrived because I couldn't find the products around my house, but the seller helped me by sending photos, it was in a safe place. She responded quickly to my message, fast delivery and good packaging. Reliable and helpful seller and the hair dyes are fantastic. It covers gray hair very well and my hair had grown out a lot. I got 3 hair dyes at a great price, with the next order I hope I can write more about the durability, but it already looks much better than with other dyes
