We ordered this item weeks ago. They said they had shipped it, waited a week then they said that they were moving warehouse and would ship it in a week, waited 12 more days, never got it and told them if it hadnt shipped to cancel the order. They cancelled the order

Seller showed multiple of the item in inventory when I purchased (that is why i purchased from them), but 6 days after ordering, they canceled the order due to being out of stock. I had already canceled an order from another vender since this seller claimed they had it in stock. At least this seller eventually came clean about not having any (this is why they get 2 stars instead of 1 for communication).

Item was never shipped. After almost 3 weeks and inquiring with Seller, Seller could not explain why and but refunded purchase. I attempted to order again. After 10 days, the wrong item was sent. I had to send back and it was refunded. The correct item selection was made in both cases. Appears Seller is reselling for someone else and has no clue or QC. After 6 weeks of attempting to buy twice, I purchased elsewhere to complete an my install.
