    Good packing and shipping. Item as described, open box. Seller was GREAT, but buyer beware when you purchase any "open box" items from ANY seller. Several items were missing in the box, nothing that affected the operation of the item. I'm sure the seller is not an expert on this item and was not trying to be deceptive. A $180 item for $50 as open box item was a great deal for me. I did NOT try to contact the seller about any missing items. Once again, GREAT SELLER.

    The item arrived promptly and was packaged with care. While issues can sometimes occur with any retailer or resale store, as they did in my situation, Direct.2U.Deals responded swiftly to my message and resolved the matter in a prompt and courteous manner. I am very satisfied with this seller and anticipate making another purchase from them next month. They offer a wide variety of interesting items. I highly recommend them!

    Money was zapped from my account before I could accept offer; didn’t like that at all. Once you give your credit card info to potential seller on a bid, once they accept money’s gone. Helps to read “eBay changes.” Packaged well, still loose. Overpriced shipping took a minute; as described; average value.

    Items was exactly as described. Seller has fast and easy communication and answered all on my questions. Images were of actual item. Shipping was extremely fast. Item as boxes nicely and protected from shipping issues. Overall this purchase was a great value and worked perfectly. I would purchase again from this seller.

    I received the keyboard the day after I ordered it. It was package very well and it was exactly as described. I love the keyboard case and this is the only seller whose listing was truly accurate. Other list a similar product but with the wrong product name. The product was a heat value compare to buying it online from the manufacturer.
