  Shipped quickly and with no issues. Packaged in oversized boxes with good packing material. Rims are in excellent condition and as pictured/described. I wouldn’t drive on the tires but never planned to anyway and am not bothered by this. Price was very fair and looking forward to mounting them next week.

  Very fast packing and release to shipping company. Seller has been extremely helpful in monitoring shipment. Shipment was in five boxes on a small pallet and wrapped in shrink wrap and appears intact. Despite poor communications from the shipping company, the seller continued to assist me in tracking the shipment through final delivery. Communication has been timely and complete. Shipment was well packed. The price of the brake assemblies is a bargain well below the price charged by GM dealers.

  Wheels Direct is a great company to do business with. Very friendly customer service and quick with replying back. Just be aware that UPS can sometimes damage your wheels because this is how my wheels unfortunately arrived. Boxes damaged and wheels damaged. Luckily, Wheels Direct offered to take the wheels back and send me a fresh set. Such nice people willing to help out a customer. Check your wheels whenever UPS drops them off.

  Arrived exactly as described. Super fast shipping. I don’t impress easily but was highly impressed with the speed of shipping and how incredibly packed the wheels were so no damage occurred during shipping. Highly recommend this seller. Top notch.

  These roof rails are genuine GMC OEM parts that can carry a heavier load than the lookalike rails. I contacted the seller twice before the sale. Each time the seller responded immediately, providing answers in detail. The box arrived via UPS in the original packaging, and was exactly as described. The seller had sent a link to download the installation instructions, and parts and tools for installation were in the box, so mounting the rails was easy. Great price, too!
