  Here is a seller who clearly puts his customers first. His prices are competitive and he maintains a very generous approach to postage generally and especially for multiple purchases. His communication is second to none, descriptions accurate and packaging thorough and secure. Unlike many sellers, his prime concern is not to let down his customers. This was apparent when he was unable to find the model purchased (used) so he bought a brand new one and sent it post free! Thank you Mark.

  Quick turnround for delivery. Items were very well packaged to ensure no risk of damage in transit. Bubble wrapped, outer wrap in cardboard and then more packaging inside the outer carton to ensure no damage. Items were received in mint condition, exactly as described. A great value transaction. Seller took great care with the items. Very much appreciated. 10/10. wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

  Items arrived today, on time and in a well protected package . Both items were as shown. I am really happy with the price as the seller agreed to refund the postage for one of the vehicles.   Listed as a repaint, but unsure if it is as model retains an original intact aerial, unbroken roof furniture and the baseplate hasn't been removed. (Bumpers have been retouched).   Superb OO gauge model by Hornby of a Ferry Van VIX Wagon delivered quickly and safely in superb packaging. The model and box are in great used condition as listed. The van is manufactured mainly in plastic and has plenty of detail including opening sliding doors. The van is finished in the very attractive livery of Railfreight International. Sold at a very competitive price. Great communications by the seller. Highly recommend this seller. Thank you.
