  Item exactly as described The seller despatched in a timely fashion but unfortunately Royal Mail took 13 days to deliver The seller was contacted and quickly despatched a replacement which arrived the same day as the original purchase The seller could not be faulted and did everything to resolve the issue satisfactorily

  Absolutely excellent,had a problem with the delivery despite it being tracked the item never showed up.The fault was 100% Royal Mails but the seller without argument sent out a replacement not only was it tracked once again but was sent this time by 1st class delivery. So buy with confidence & once again thank you

  Bought as a replacement - good value - arrived quickly. Not Roberts branded but work fine and I can listen to my radio again. I liked the fact that there wasn't any plastic packaging - just wrapped in brown paper in a cardboard box.
