Computers 4 Charity è il "nome di lavoro" di Digital Pipeline e un ente di beneficenza registrato.
Fondato da Microsoft nel 2004, è iniziato il progetto Digital Pipeline, supportato personalmente da Bill Gates.
Oggi, ci siamo evoluti in un ente di beneficenza tecnologico leader, fornendo centinaia di migliaia di PC, laptop e tablet in tutto il Regno Unito e nei paesi in via di sviluppo. Fornendo un'istruzione basata sull'IT a circa 2,3 milioni di bambini nei paesi in via di sviluppo, supportiamo veterani, senzatetto, giovani caregiver e hospice in tutto il Regno Unito con apparecchiature IT rinnovate.

The laptop was delivered and came wrapped in cardboard honeycomb material and placed neatly inside a strong box. This alone deserved 10 out of 10 for due diligence. The laptop is an upgrade sold at a great price with some good new features which I'll need to get used to. Described accurately with very minor marks here & there, but this does not affect its use.
