  This is the third item I've ordered, received very quickly and I am very pleased with the service, quality and value delivered. They look good and perform to my expectations, hence the continued buying of this product. My only complaint is that the seller does not have other items I've purchased from other other sellers which take a lifetime to arrive and sometimes not as described when they do turn up!. Thanks again. Much appreciated.

  Ordered on Monday afternoon, my item arrived Tuesday lunchtime. Great quality and in perfect condition exactly as described by the seller. The retro appearance is to my mind stunning. And excellent value too. There was a small hiccup with part of the order which was beyond the sellers control, however the seller stepped up and sorted the problem with no quibble what-so-ever. Great ebayer. Highly recommend.

  After receiving my order and opening it, I returned the item to seller thinking I'd ordered the wrong product when I had not. They accepted my return with no quibble at all and refunded me the same day they received it back. On realising my mistake, I talked to them and reordered it as It was actually the exact model I'd wanted. It has been dispatched back to me now. All this saga from receiving my original order to receiving my refund and reordering it took only 4 days. 5+ stars Excellence

  Unfortunately the item had a fault. When I messaged the seller about this I got an immediate response and a collection and return was arranged for the following day. As soon as the item was received by them I received a phone call and an immediate refund was arranged. I would have no hesitation in recommending Digitalis Audio to anyone as the customer service is absolutely brilliant! Even though I did not keep the item it was a very nice looking, quality piece of equipment, at a great price.
