  I had messaged a few sellers, who had the same mobile I was interested in for a similar price, for some pictures of the device. Of all the sellers who I messaged regarding my queries, this were the only one who were willing to send me pictures of the device before I made the purchase. Phone came securely packaged. Looked exactly like the pictures which was in exceptional condition. One minor blemish on the metal which is expected. Zero complaints. Would recommend based on my experience.

  The item arrived in described condition but the was a slight issue with the hinge of the device. I messaged the seller about it and was offered a replacement. Very nice to deal with. The appearance of the device was very clean. I appreciated the value for money and quality. 5 stars for exceptional service!
