    Wrong item received. Returned and seller did not refund whole amount. Said it was because it was not returned in original condition. It was returned immediately as I could not use it as it was the wrong item! Returned in perfect condition. Maybe send the right item in the first place. Avoid this seller!!

    The seller was really helpful with this item. I had issues fitting it to my MacBook Pro A1286. Vicky offered advice all the way and a full refund if I couldn't get it fitted properly, which I couldn't. She provided shipping labels for the return and a no quibble refund on receipt. I highly recommend using her service, and will use her again myself in future. Thanks.
