This seller is a remarkable person. The item I purchased was no longer available and the photo did not match what was available. The seller immediately contacted me asking if I wwould prefer a refund and I agreed. The seller then went and shipped the product they had at no charge to me. It is a of a different Can-Am Spyder RT of a different color model then the one I wanted. The appreciation I have for what this seller did is beyond my expectations.
