  After 9-10 days of USPS showing they haven't received item, I contacted seller and they didn't hesitate to refund (package lost). Three weeks after initial order, package showed up, box was damaged, antenna was sticking out of one end and out of the original wrap. It looked like USPS took it out, then decided they didn't want it, stuck it back in and retaped the package. USPS really sucked but seller was awesome.

  Listing indicates the item is vacuum insulated with glass, similar to a typical glass lined thermos, but it turned out it was not lined with glass. We contacted the seller requesting a return, which they authorized but at our expense, which would cost more than we paid for the item as well as totally absurd detailed packing and packaging such as double boxing if not packed exactly might not refund. So we are stuck with an item that is not what we wanted or expected.

  The item was exactly as described…Brand New! Priced reasonably & fast shipping! This was purchased for my camper bedroom. So far the TV has been great…Picture is very good! Sorry for late posting, didn’t get to camper until recently. I would purchase again from this seller.
