  Well made good packaging and prompt delivery. I had issue with plug size, which wasn’t in the description. However good straight forward communication and solution offered which was to dismantle new plug, use pins pushed into old plug! This worked!

  Royal Mail delivered the packaging with forcibly removed contents (missing) a week late. Reported same, no quibbles and a replacement sent the next day which arrived safely. No quibbles, good communication, and really good service.
