  Seller provided a tracking number however never posted the item or replied to my messages. When I tried to initiate eBay buyer protection I wasn't able to do this as the tracking number was supplied. I'm now going to have to go through customer support. Clearly seems like the seller is fraudulent as by giving the tracking number it breaks eBay's process and you have to go through customer support.

  Item delivered 31/01/2025 - 8:41am. Customer confirmed, via ebay message, the item was received. We also offered customer the option of a full refund if they returned the item unused

  Unfortunately seller was away at the time which led to the confusion and challenges with the support system seem to be just how eBay works, however they did resolve the issue
