  The package came as advertised and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it would not connect to my home network and after working with tech support, was told it may have bene defective (no way to see that from package.) Once I notified the vendor, they quickly refunded my costs. Although it did not work out, I am very satisfied with the vendor response and handling.

  The pump was very well priced and shipped fast. It was shipped in its original box but was not new. When I tested the unit, it was defective. I contacted the seller explaining the situation and they issued a full refund.
