    I bought a used paid of Steelseries Arctis Nova 7P’s that were advertised as missing their ear muffs. I initially bought these as I like to refurbish headphones both to save money and give them a second chance and it was an incredibly good deal. There was a miscommunication when I bought it, the seller had misworded a part of the description without negative intent. When I messaged them about this, they were quick to apologize and make things right. Amazing service even through mistakes. 10/10
