    The item was not delivered. The online tracking information showed the parcel as "On its way back to eBay seller" but when I called DPD they confirmed it had been delivered to an address used by the seller. The seller refuses to refund me. Unfortunately (I assume because the online tracking information did not update) eBay closed the return request. The worst eBay transaction I have had in 20+ years. AVOID THIS SELLER!

    Tracking confirms the item was ordered on 21 August, shipped on 22nd and signed for by 'David on the 24th. The customer says they did not sign for it and we have instigated a DPD investigation. We have not declined a refund, merely deferred it until DPD can provide details of who signed for it.
