    xlnt communication w/ seller. ships w/ FedEx which I like. will only buy Lenovo. Great customer service/warranty repair service. The Chromebook is xlnt, great value. Tried a windows laptop. Never again. ChromeOS is much better in my opinion & experience.

    Showed up in a very dirty box, literally had dirt all over my counter opening it. So I was nervous to see how the MacBook itself was. Thankfully it was almost like new! Sure it has signs of use but it was exactly as described, works perfectly, and came with everything needed. Fast shipping. Highly recommended seller.

    Excellent seller, very fast shipping and superb handling of all issues. With respect to refurbished Surface Pro tablets in general: despite stated "Excellent - refurbished" condition, these often have defects; out of 4 units I purchased from two different sellers, I had to return 2 because of various physical defects. This indicates substandard QC done by refurbishers; this seller, as I said, made it easy to remedy all issues. My advice is to thoroughly inspect the purchased unit ASAP.
