  Seller was prompt and responsive but shipping got delayed and the grill shutter is falling apart. Have to remove everything to access it and replace with a new one. Pretty disappointed on this used part.

  What I sent you was a solid, in-tact shutter grille(minus one blade, which is insignificant). Also, I'm not an engineer at Ford. I have no control over how easy or difficult it is to access and install the shutter grille.
