    The shipping and packaging were appropriate. I would have appreciated more photographs, especially of the labels on the garments, which were visible even though the garments were still in their original plastic. One detail, "narrow," was missing from the description. As it turned out, the garments do fit, so I am lucky. I do not blame the seller because it's difficult with specialized items to know what details are important to the buyer.

    Very poor customer service. Before purchasing i asked about shears. Was told they were sharp without damage by the seller. Received shears with damage & dings in blades. Cost to repair with tax $51.99 & $14.99 shipping w/Insurance. Tried Working with seller only to be GHOSTED. Seller finally contacts me with $20.00 refund. PLEASE Check out pics & messages, FILED COMPLAINT w/Ebay. I could've returned but wanted to save the shears. Nothing but the TRUTH from me, I won't be back. BUYER BEWARE!!
