Since the listing encourages buyers to submit offers, I submitted three reasonable, ever-increasing offers to which the seller never took the time to respond; hence, I rated “Seller Communication” 2 stars out of 5. I understand the seller may be experiencing personnel issues but the listing should be revised to eliminate the possibility of any offers being considered if he has no intention of considering them or responding.
