  The Aero Cosmetics Hybrid Multi-Polymer Ceramic Wax 16 oz. spray was wrapped in bubble wrap but the bottle was wet and leaking and the silver seal was broken. The shipping box was not damaged. The product settled into white wax on the top 25% and clear fluid on the bottom 75%. I called the Aero Cosmetics company today and they said NO, this is not normal, it should not separate. I am not overreacting. I did not receive the product advertised by the seller desmoparts. Desmoparts issued a refund

  Damaged seal must have caused contamination separation and leaking etc.. We made a full refund. That's about all we could do. Client did not want a replacement. All good.
