  Item as described, good communication, seller shipped quick enough but then the USPS dropped the ball of course. I leave 5 stars under shipping time for the seller, certainly not the carrier.

  I think it was a weather delay due to snow in Houston. Not sure. I'd have to look up the date but we're glad the packaged arrived - even it late.

  Goods arrived after a short weather related delay, which the vendor communicated clearly. The items were well packed with good explanations and instructions. The hardware delivered was as promised and good quality.
