  Item available 24 hours before my purchase and i told them to save it for me and I will buy/pay next day. 24 hours later, After purchase/payment they cancelled on me with the classic excuse that another employee had sold it. After 4 days money not back to my card yet. 3 other seller has cancelled on me for not paying them :-(

  Hey Farrah, We typically don't hold items for customers, but we were trying to work with you since you said you were waiting for funds. After one of our associates sold the item without knowledge of this arrangement, we promptly apologized and offered a generous discount towards any item. You responded with hostility and false claims, blaming us for Ebay issues unrelated to us. It is not right to leave negative feedback for a human error, given that we communicated with you throughout.

  Seller was very helpful in the transaction and EXTREMELY fast delivery! The watch I bough was a special item for me and I actually am amazed at the condition it is in as it is at least 25 years old! I would definitely recommend this dealer!!

  The pocket watch was as described and was received in excellent working order and condition. The seller was communicative throughout the delivery and tracking process. The seller has a clear commitment to excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them. The pocket watch itself is an attractive and important addition to my collection.
