  Excellent condition would definitely buy again from this seller. The appearance of the product was the same as the listing. Superior quality, perfect fit. Well packaged. Seller did communicate when I left a message regarding shipping.

  Item took a while to be despatched but was delivered within the estimated time frame. It arrived and was a different colour to the photo, it was the dark grey version not the lighter one as per the photo, I wanted the lighter one so cooler when hot. But the item fit okay, apart from ears on the small side so I cut these off. The information advised despatch within 3 days, this is not correct, so I would go by the estimated delivery timeframe and expect it could be at the last day of that.

  Terrible service, no order updates! Package did not arrive placed the order on 31st of March and it's now 25th of May and I have still no order update, tracking number or item that I ordered. I have placed an order update and it said it would arrive in the following week, 3 weeks later I still have no parcel or refund. Worst service! Do not order!

  these reviews really hurt, especially when the customer is giving us some honest feedback. We have amended the listing to accommodate the lengthy time delays we experience with these jumps and can only apologise. We have of course refunded the customer in full. thank-you for your comments.
