    Item shipped quickly and was packaged well. Item did not arrive quite as described but the seller was beyond happy to resolve the issue and communication was excellent. The item was a good value.

    Excellent seller! I marked slower shipping time, but that was only because the post office seemed to "misplaced" this item for a period of time. The item was shipped out the next day. I followed the tracking and the suitcase was stuck. I contacted the seller, who immediately got in touch with the post office. The suitcase started moving again and reached me in a couple of days. The box was a little the worse for ware but the suitcase was well packed and came through in good shape.

    I received the bag! Absolutely amazing and excally what I wanted. Exactly as described, great communication with the seller was helped when there was an issue, brand new condition in manufacturing packaging, bag was authentic and it was a great deal!
